Kirsten Richards walks for hours to deal with her grief

Former police inspector Mark Richards had retired two years before he was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour.

Following his death in 2019, his wife Kirsten spent two weeks in bed.

But she then discovered how long walks in the countryside helped her to deal with her grief.
