Cornwall 'loo with a view' for sale near Land's End

A former toilet block in a "stunning coastal location" has gone up for sale.

The "loos with a view" 10 miles from Land's End, near Trevowhan, in Morvah, are being sold by Cornwall Council.

If you're feeling flush the freehold guide price is between £20,000 and £25,000 and includes 0.22 acres of land.

The coastal conveniences have "truly superb sea views" and will go on sale online between June 14 and 16, said auctioneers Clive Emson.

Senior auction appraiser Katie Semmens said: "They are just off the B3066, which is widely regarded as one of Cornwall's most scenic roads."

The plot, measuring nearly a quarter of an acre, could have a wide potential with the right planning permission, she said.
