Armed police on streets of Bude for wanted man

The wanted man was arrested in Bude

Armed police were out on the streets of Bude in Cornwall to arrest a wanted man.

Devon and Cornwall Police said its officers carried out an arrest on behalf on Gwent Police on Thursday.

Gwent Police said: "We recently appealed for information to find Ethan Pope from Caerphilly, who had been recalled to prison."

A spokesperson for Gwent Police said Pope had been "located and arrested".
