Motorcyclist seriously injured in Helston crash

Officers closed the road for about 11 hours
A man in his 40s has suffered serious injuries in a road crash in Cornwall.
Emergency services were called on Wednesday afternoon after a car and a motorcycle collided on the A394 in Helston.
The driver of the car was uninjured but the motorcyclist was taken to Derriford Hospital for treatment.
Officers closed the road for about 11 hours for forensic examination work and appealed for any witnesses or people with dashcam footage to contact them.
