Pedestrian seriously injured in A38 hit and run

A pedestrian has been seriously injured in a crash on the A38 near Liskeard.
The crash happened at about 21:10 GMT on Wednesday near the hamlet of Horningtops, in Cornwall, police said.
Devon & Cornwall Police said the white car failed to stop at the scene and was believed to have damage to its left side wing mirror.
Police have appealed for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage. The pedestrian was wearing high-vis trousers at the time.
