More police patrols in Bodmin to tackle anti-social behaviour
- Published
Officers will be conducting extra patrols in Bodmin after a surge in anti-social behaviour at the weekend, Devon and Cornwall Police have said.
The force said "a number of youths" were responsible for a series of incidents in the town.
Graffiti, fires lit in abandoned buildings, fire extinguishers let off and break-ins at construction sites were among the incidents, police said.
The force said officers would be carrying out additional patrols.
Police will be working closely with local schools to identify and speak to those involved, it added.
Anyone with information was asked to contact police.
