Sex gang treated victims 'like pieces of meat'

A relative of one of the victims of a child sex exploitation gang from Coventry says it has had a "terrible impact on the family".

Three men, Waqaar Khan, 24, Kadeem Bourne, 23, and Kenan Kelly,18, have been found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting six teenage girls they groomed on social media.

A fourth man, Marcus Woolcock, 22, was convicted of human trafficking and sexual assault and a fifth, Zahid Chaudhary, 20, of human trafficking, at Warwick Crown Court.

The uncle of one of the girls described the perpetrators as "rats" and said "they treated them like pieces of meat".
