Festive season gets under way in Coventry city centre

The free festive event is run by Coventry City Council, and hosted by BBC CWR
Hundreds of people are expected at a city centre's Christmas lights switch-on.
The free event is being staged in Broadgate in Coventry on Monday evening.
BBC CWR will be hosting the festive entertainment, which is billed as "the countdown to Christmas in Coventry".
And according to the council, a "sparkle dust-sprinkling" Christmas fairy will swoop across the city centre to light up the tree.
The event runs from 17:30 GMT to 20:00 GMT.
From Saturday 18 November, there will be festive markets in the city centre, plus a big wheel in Broadgate.
