A footballer who was stabbed to death in a nightclub on Boxing Day has been remembered a year on.
Cody Fisher, 23, was fatally stabbed on the dancefloor of the Crane venue in Digbeth on 26 December last year.
Black armbands were worn at a match between Mr Fisher's former club Stratford Town and Leamington Spa on Tuesday at the Arden Garages Stadium.
Jed McCrory, Stratford Town's Chairman, said Mr Fisher would always be a part of the club
During the Southern League match, the crowd held a minute's applause in the twenty-third minute of the game in memory of Mr Fisher, who family and friends say will never be forgotten.
Mr McCrory said: "He is one of us.
"We've got [a picture of] him up on the tunnel, we go under the tunnel with him, we still sing the same song.
"We're still together, we're still one."

Two of Mr Fisher's other former clubs, Bromsgrove Sporting and Stourbridge, met at the Victoria Ground and also paid their respects with a minute's applause just before kick-off.
Three men accused of murdering Mr Fisher are due to stand trial next year, while the venue where he was attacked was stripped of its licence in January.
