Serving Warwickshire Police officer charged with sexual assault

The police officer was suspended from duty pending the outcome of the case, the force said
A serving police officer has been charged with sexual assault while on duty.
The officer, from Warwickshire Police, will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court on Friday, the force said.
The alleged incident happened in May 2023 while the officer was on duty, they added.
The officer had since been suspended from the duty pending the outcome of the case.
