Cumbrian furniture project supports young people

A workshop in Wigton where young people can upcycle old furniture is helping those who struggle at school.

Run by the North Allerdale Development Trust, the project helps young people build confidence and new skills.

It has helped 80% of its young people back into education and is supported by Children in Need.
