Paul Taylor: Help needed to solve Annan man's disappearance
- Published
The family of a man from Annan who disappeared in Carlisle say they are still in search of "peace and answers" two months on.
Police believe Paul Taylor, 56, who has not been seen since 17 October, was murdered.
Detectives said "gaps in the timeline" remain, as they joined family members to issue a fresh appeal for information on Monday.
An increased police presence remains around Carlisle as searches continue.
'Serious harm'
Officers said two 19-year-old men, from the Carlisle area, arrested on suspicion of murder have been bailed.
They added a 37-year-old man, from Carlisle, and a 17-year-old boy, from Appleby, were also bailed after being arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Police are now urging the public to help them find "the missing puzzle piece" that could help them uncover what happened.
Det Ch Supt Dave Pattinson said any information, "no matter how irrelevant", could provide the answers Mr Taylor's family need.
He added: "We still believe Paul has come to serious harm, and we know there are people out there who have the information that we need."
Police know Mr Taylor's car was in the City West area of Carlisle shortly before midnight on 17 October.
They believe the blue Vauxhall Corsa was then seen on Moorhouse Road and Burgh Road in the early hours of 18 October.
The vehicle was parked up in Carlisle's Green Lane by 09:50 GMT and was eventually abandoned in Langwathby at about 08:45 on 19 October.
Mr Taylor's family issued a statement saying: "We are reaching out to anyone who knew Paul, or has even the smallest bit of information related to his disappearance that would help us find peace and get answers."
