The event follows a "historic" Coronation year
A sound and light installation showcasing the crown jewels and the Coronation has arrived in Cumbria.
The event, which explores the UK's history of coronations, started on Thursday and will finish on Saturday evening.
Detailed footage of the crown jewels have been projected on to Carlisle's cathedral and castle.
The show is on a tour across the country, with Carlisle the only city in the north of England to host the event.

The show was produced by Historic Royal Palaces and art projection company Luxmuralis
Peter Walker, sculptor and artist at Luxmuralis, said the light show "will transform some of the UK's most remarkable buildings into an articulating and evolving display of historic images, awash with light and accompanied by compositions which chart changes to music over the period".
The light show had a nine-day run at the Tower of London, external last year.

There are time slots to view the show between 18:30 GMT and 21:00 GMT each day
Other landmarks in Carlisle are also being lit in different colours to mark the event, including the Citadels, Court Square (Station Hotel and The Griffin), Crown & Mitre Hotel, Civic Centre, the former Hoopers' building and the Guildhall.

The show covers 1,000 years of royal history, organisers said
It went to Exeter Cathedral earlier this year and will then move to Winchester Cathedral and Canterbury Cathedral.
