Two arrested over Backbarrow baby boy's death

Two people have been arrested after the death of a four-month-old boy in Cumbria.
Police were called by the ambulance service to an incident at a property in Backbarrow at about 04:30 GMT on 20 February.
The baby was taken to Furness General Hospital where he later died.
A 36-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of causing or allowing the death of a child. They have been released on bail.
Cumbria Police said an investigation was under way to establish the full circumstances of the death and patrols had been increased in the area.
