A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an attack on a Derbyshire grave.
A plot containing the ashes of an elderly woman was targeted at the Doe Hill Lane cemetery, Tibshelf, earlier in December.
It was dug up and the ashes stolen, along with the headstone.
Police said the suspect, from Annersley in Nottinghamshire, had been arrested on suspicion of theft and criminal damage. He has been released on bail.
