Windows broken by water main burst in Derby

Residents in a Derby neighbourhood have been rescued from their homes after a water main burst damaging windows and cars.

The water main burst in the Chester Green area sent a plume of water three storeys high, eyewitnesses said.

Severn Trent Water is working to repair the burst.
