Watch: Severe flooding hits the East Midlands

Homes, roads and businesses have been flooded as heavy rain continues to hit large parts of the East Midlands.

Cossall, Lambley and Mansfield were some of the worst affected locations in Nottinghamshire, while Baslow in the Peak District was also flooded.

The Environment Agency has issued multiple flood warnings and people in affected areas have been advised not to travel if they can avoid it.
