Derby: Manslaughter charge after man dies following assault

A man has been charged with the manslaughter of another man who died nearly two weeks after an assault in Derby.
Derbyshire Police said David Fox was attacked in Green Lane at about 12:30 BST on 3 July.
The 57-year-old was taken to hospital in a critical condition but later died.
Tony Marsden, of Lockett Drive, Ashbourne, was arrested in July and charged with manslaughter on Monday, police added.
The 53-year-old was released on bail and is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court on 8 January.
