Belper: Police reopen part of A6 after bus crash

A road has reopened in Derbyshire following a "serious" collision.

Police closed part of the A6 after a crash involving a pedestrian and a bus on Chapel Street, Belper, on Tuesday at about 11:00 BST.

Derbyshire Police posted on social media to say that emergency services were at the scene and the road was closed.

A police spokesperson had said the collision was "serious".

In a later update, police said the road reopened at 17:30 BST.
