Woman dies after being hit by bus on Belper road

Emergency services were called to the scene in Chapel Street, Belper
A woman in her 70s has died after being hit by a bus on a Derbyshire road.
The crash happened in Chapel Street, Belper, at about 11:00 BST on Tuesday, with the A6 closed as a result.
Derbyshire Police confirmed the woman had died on Wednesday, after being taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The force added an investigation is ongoing and reiterated its appeal for witnesses or anyone who has dashcam footage of the crash to come forward.
