Countess of Wessex visits Dawlish charity shop

The Countess of Wessex is president of the children's charity, Brainwave

A member of the Royal family made a surprise visit to a Devon charity shop.

HRH The Countess of Wessex visited Brainwave's new charity shop in Dawlish, which opened in August.

The Countess, who is president of the charity, which provides care for children with disabilities, met staff and volunteers.

Christine Cryne from Brainwave said: "Our team were surprised and delighted. It was a really motivating experience."
