A woman and her dog have been rescued after climbing 80ft (24m) up a cliff, after they were cut off by the tide in north Devon.
The woman had been walking on the beach at Welcombe Bay, the coastguard said.
An RAF helicopter from Chivenor winched them to safety at 10:50 BST. Coastguard teams from Hartland, Westward Ho! and Instow helped with the rescue.
Both the woman, who was in her 20s, and the dog were unhurt, Swansea Coastguard said.
