Flooding in Devon suspends train services
- Published
Heavy rain has caused major travel disruption in Devon with trains being suspended from Exeter to Barnstaple.
Flooding on the line between Crediton and Barnstaple has affected First Great Western (FGW) services and the line currently remains blocked.
FGW said replacement road transport was being arranged but this would "increase journey times by up to 20 minutes", it said.
Currently it does not have an estimate for when a normal service will resume.
