Rain and flooding alerts for Devon and Cornwall

A weather warning has been issued across Devon and Cornwall.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain across the south west, meaning people are urged to think ahead about travel delays and disruption.
The Environment Agency (EA) has issued a flood warning for the River Torridge area and urged residents to take action.
A flood alert is also in place for the Upper Tamar area with flooding possible on Wednesday and into Thursday.
The EA said it was "closely monitoring the situation".
The Met Office said periods of heavy rain would "bring the possibility of some disruption, particularly to transport".
The weather warning is in place from 02:00 GMT on Thursday to 06:00 on Friday.
