Plymouth: Woman hit by car left seriously injured

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward
A woman in her 30s was left with serious injuries after she was hit by a car in Plymouth, police have said.
A man in his 20s was arrested in connection with the incident on Friday night and was later bailed, said the Devon and Cornwall force.
Officers said they were called to Sawrey Street at 23:25 GMT after reports of a collision between a Vauxhall Zafira and a pedestrian.
The woman, whose condition is not known, is being treated in hospital.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, including anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
