Dartmoor Search and Rescue said the casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance
A fallen climber was rescued by emergency services at a well-know rock climbing site.
Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team said they helped rescue the person from the upper buttresses of the Dewerstone rock on 14 February.
South Western Ambulance Service's Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) also attended, along with a rope rescue team from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
The climber was taken to hospital.
The rescue team said: "Due to the casualty location, the terrain and the weather, the extraction required a significant descent by the rope teams before team members and the other agencies could safely get the casualty to the waiting ambulance".

The rescue service arrived to the scene at 15:45 GMT and said it was 22:30 GMT when they got the stretcher to the carpark
They added that they believe the casualty is "on the mend".
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust said they sent a double-crewed land ambulance, a critical care car, an operations officer and HART.
They added: "We conveyed one patient by land ambulance to Derriford Hospital."
