Biker seriously injured in crash with parked car in Torquay

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward
A 19-year-old male motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision with a parked car, police have confirmed.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called at about 01:30 GMT to Tor Church Road in Torquay, Devon.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
The force said it would like to thank the public for their patience while the road was closed for investigation.
