Traffic jam at Plymouth retail park after opening of new B&M

Drivers at a Plymouth retail park have complained of being stuck in traffic for hours after the opening of a new store.
Hundreds of vehicles became stuck at the Marsh Mills Retail Park in the city.
The traffic jam coincided with the opening of a new B&M store which replaced Homebase.
The BBC has contacted Plymouth City Council and B&M for comment.
One motorist who tried to marshal traffic described the scenes as "very hectic".
The council's highways team said on X, external there was "very heavy traffic" in the area.
It said a crash on Tavistock Road near William Prance Road was also causing queues in both directions.
Jane Gregory, from Plymouth, said her vehicle was tapped by another car as she tried to marshal traffic.
"It's very hectic down there," she said.
"No-one's letting anyone out."
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was aware of congestion in the area.
