Warning after dog dies in Dorset cliff plunge

A dog has died and another had to be rescued after plunging almost 60m (197 ft) from a Dorset cliff.
Portland Coastguard said a boxer dog was killed after going over a cliff at Durdle Door on Friday evening.
A spokesman said the death came an hour after rescuers saved a cocker spaniel who escaped her leash and got halfway down the same cliff.
Coastguards are urging owners to keep their dogs on leads near cliffs.
