OBE for Dorset couple who founded cosmetics firm Lush

The couple behind multi-million pound cosmetics firm Lush have been appointed OBEs in the New Year's Honours list.
Mark and Mo Constantine, co-founders of Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, have been recognised for their for services to the beauty industry.
The husband and wife team, from Poole in Dorset, set up Lush 15 years ago.
Mrs Constantine said: "This award represents recognition for all those people who have worked so hard and shown such dedication to the company."
Mr Constantine said: "We are delighted to accept this award for services to the beauty industry.
"We would like to thank our loyal customers who have supported and encouraged us over the past 25 years."
Child protection
Lush makes products containing natural ingredients which have not been tested on animals.
In other honours, Nichola Tinkler, from Shaftesbury, a former head of business development for the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), has been appointed OBE for her public service.
Mrs Tinkler began her career as a Sussex police officer in 1980 before rising to the rank of chief of staff in the National Crime Squad.
She was working as programme manager in 2005, when she helped create the CEOP.
Mrs Tinkler told BBC News: "I am both stunned and delighted to receive this honour.
"My work at CEOP could not have been done without being part of a highly-motivated and effective team.
"I have been privileged to work with a dedicated and professional group of people at CEOP and under the inspirational leadership of Jim Gamble".
Lesley Benham, from Dorchester, a team leader at Melcombe Day Hospital, was appointed MBE for services to dementia care in Weymouth.
Other Dorset residents appointed MBE include Valerie Everitt, from Bournemouth, for services to the Women's Royal Voluntary Service (WRVS), and Martyn Hastings, from Weymouth, for services to the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme in Dorset and Kenya.
Lynne Berry, WRVS chief executive, said: "We're delighted that Val has been awarded an MBE in recognition of the fantastic work she has done for WRVS.
"We value her contribution to the charity greatly and her inclusion on the New Year Honours List is richly deserved."
