Four men jailed for Bloxworth farmhouse gun robbery

The four men were found guilty of robbery at Bournemouth Crown Court

Four robbers have been jailed for tying up and attacking a 78-year-old man at his farmhouse in Bloxworth, Dorset.

Jake Borland, of Beswick Avenue, and Samir Lammali, of Alton Road, who are both 21 and from Bournemouth, and Michael Seddon, 23, from Bootle, received seven years and six months.

Caleb Holland, 43, of Bedford Road, Poole, who drove the robbers and gave details about the farm, got 12 years.

The men stole shotguns, money and a pick-up truck during the March raid.

All four were found guilty of robbery at Bournemouth Crown Court.

Following the robbery, guns were found in and nearby children's play areas at Kinson Common and in the Redhill area of Bournemouth.

About 100 police officers spent three days searching the area for discarded firearms.

A fifth man, 21-year-old Ryan Dear, of Frensham Close in Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to possessing firearms and was jailed for 12 months.
