Bournemouth: Man pleads not guilty to raping 15-year-old in sea

A 20-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to raping a schoolgirl in the sea at a busy beach.
The attack on the 15-year-old is alleged to have taken place near the Oceanarium in Bournemouth at about 16:00 BST on 18 July 2021.
Gabriel Marinoaica, of Darlaston, West Midlands, also denied four counts of sexual assault during an appearance at Bournemouth Crown Court.
He was released on bail ahead of a trial on 11 March.
