Lillii was found to have fractures to a knee joint and toes
A dog has been rescued after tumbling 80ft (24m) down a steep cliff on the Jurassic Coast.
Coastguard teams from Swanage and St Alban's RNLI were called to an area near Old Harry Rocks in Dorset on Saturday, where collie-cross Lillii had been on a walk with her owners.
She was rescued from the base of the cliff and taken to a vet where she was found to have several fractures.
The coastguard urged dog owners to keep their pets on leads near cliff edges.
Crews rescued the dog from the shore beneath the cliff near Studland, the RNLI said
Lillii's family had alerted emergency services but Solent Coastguard requested a lifeboat be used as it would be safer than deploying a coastguard down the cliff to the small bay.
After finding the distressed pet, the lifeboat then headed to South Beach at Studland to return her to her owners.
Lillii was found to have fractures to a knee joint and toes.
