Tuckton Bridge set for overnight closures

Tuckton Bridge links Christchurch to the Southbourne area of Bournemouth
A road bridge is being closed to traffic while maintenance work is carried out.
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council said Tuckton Bridge, linking the Southbourne area of Bournemouth with Christchurch, would be closed overnight until Saturday.
The bridge's drainage system will be cleaned, vegetation removed and a safety inspection will be carried out.
Traffic will be diverted and bus routes will be changed during the closure.
