Wimborne crash: Woman charged six months after cyclist died

A 26-year-old woman has been charged six months after a cyclist died in a crash with a car.
The crash, involving a red Vauxhall Corsa, happened shortly after 22:10 BST on 4 October in Wimborne, Dorset, on the B3078 Julians Road.
The cyclist, 40-year-old James Raeburn, died at the scene.
Dorset Police said the woman was charged with causing death by driving without due care and consideration while unfit through drugs.
It added she had also been charged with causing death by due care while over the prescribed limit, failing to stop after an accident, and using a motor vehicle or trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury.
The woman, from Corfe Mullen, is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on 3 June.
