A Gloucester man has denied murdering his six-month-old daughter.
Mark Bruton-Young pleaded not guilty to killing his baby Harriet between 25 June and 28 June last year.
The 37-year-old, who wore a dark suit and blue shirt and tie, spoke only to enter his plea during a brief hearing at Bristol Crown Court.
Mr Bruton-Young, of Woodvale in Kingsway, was released on conditional bail and told to return to court to face trial on 4 May next year.
His trial before a High Court judge is expected to last between eight and 10 days.
