Rare classic car found in Gloucestershire to be auctioned

The car lay in a barn in Wotton-under-Edge for more than 15 years
A rare car that lay in a Gloucestershire barn for more than 15 years is to go under the hammer.
Originally a taxi, the 1910 Panhard-Levassor starred in the film The Man Who Loved Redheads in 1955 and was due to be sent to America.
A reverend from Surrey stepped in to buy it and it was featured in various newspaper articles.
The vehicle was eventually bought by a GP from Wotton-under-Edge and stayed in the barn for 15 years.
The family contacted the Wotton Auction Rooms and auctioneer Philip Taubenheim passed on the details to vintage car auctioneer Richard Edmonds.
The car is due to be auctioned at the Castle Combe race track in Wiltshire on 30 June, with an estimate of £15,000 to £20,000.
Mr Edmonds said: "It is very rare to come across one of these, its existence was even unknown by the Panhard Club.
"I have no idea what it will make; it could go well beyond our estimate."
