The areas identified for development include:

Brockworth, Gloucester: 1,500 new homes
Leckhampton, Cheltenham: 1,124 new homes
North west Cheltenham: 4,785 new homes
MOD Site at Ashchurch, Tewkesbury: 2,125 new homes
