Information boards, depicting the history, heritage and wildlife of the Cotswold Canals are being installed along a three-mile stretch of towpath.

Twenty panels are to be put up between the Arundel Aqueduct, just east of Stroud, and Stonehouse.

The project is part of an ongoing restoration which aims to reconnect the River Severn with the River Thames.

Ten display boards have been put up so far, with a further 10 due to be erected later this month.
