Men charged over rapes at Royal Agricultural University ball

Three men have been charged over the rape of a woman after a summer ball at Cirencester's Royal Agricultural University last year.

The attacks allegedly took place after the end of term party on 23 May. The victim is aged 20.

The men charged are Thady Duff, from Blunsdon, Leo Mahon from Stratford-upon-Avon and Patrick Foster from Kelvedon, Essex. All three are aged 21.

James Martin, 19, from Swerford has also been summonsed for rape charges.

Mr Duff was charged with four offences of rape, assault by penetration, sexual assault, and possessing extreme pornographic films.

Mr Mahon was charged with four offences of rape and Mr Foster with two. Both were also charged with assault by penetration.

Mr Martin has been reported for summons over two offences of rape and assault by penetration.
