Three injured in Gloucester after 'unprovoked' dog attack

Police would like to speak to anyone who was near Prinknash Close around 18:20 on Thursday

Three people have have been injured, with one being treated in hospital, after a dog attack in Gloucester.

The incident happened on Prinknash Close, Matson, at around 18:20 GMT on Thursday in what was believed to be an unprovoked attack.

Following a search of the area, two dogs have been seized by police.

Officers would now like to speak to anybody who may have information in connection to the incident.

Police say three people received minor injuries in the attack.

They are particularly keen to hear from anybody who was in the area at the time or who has seen the dogs on previous occasions.
