Police are appealing for witnesses after a group of men attacked a house, smashing windows and a door.

Officers were called to an address in Buttermere Close, Cheltenham, at around 20:15 GMT on Friday.

Following the incident, they said the men left the area and were seen getting into a black car before driving off. Nobody was injured in the attack.

A 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man were later arrested on suspicion of affray.

Gloucestershire Police said the men were all dressed in black and had their faces covered with balaclavas.

They were carrying what appeared to be a baseball bat, a hammer and a bladed weapon, police said.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who has CCTV, dashcam footage or they have information which they believe to be relevant.
