A Gloucestershire charity has celebrated a decade of operating with giant poppy display.
Charlie's Community Support charity knitted and crocheted 6,346 purple poppies into a stunning cascade.
The charity has supported cancer patients in Gloucester, after the founder was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 31-years-old.
Founder of the charity, Jo Sutherland said: "It's a pretty phenomenal display and we were only aiming for 100!"
Purple poppies have been dotted around the city in celebration of the charities ten year anniversary.
The charity supports patients in their journey after cancer diagnosis offering a monthly support group for anyone affected by cancer.
As demand grew, Charlie's Community Support expanded and offered daily support for people as well as exercise sessions and classes.
Ms Sutherland continued: "I can't believe we've been supporting people for ten years - it feels like I set it up yesterday.
"It was just small thought to help people with cancer and it's amazing to see what people are capable of.
"Luckily I love what I do - so here's to another ten years of supporting people."
