Three arrested after man stabbed outside Gloucester gym

Two men and a teenage boy have been arrested following a stabbing outside a gym.

Gloucestershire Police said a 21-year-old man had been injured at St Oswalds Retail Park in Gloucester on Sunday at about 17:00 GMT.

The suspects left the scene in a vehicle. Armed officers later made three arrests after a search alongside the National Police Air Service.

The victim sustained stab wounds has since been discharged from hospital.

Police said it is understood that there was an altercation outside the gym involving a group of people who are known to each other.

A teenager and a man aged in his 20s, who are both from Gloucester, were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remain in police custody.

A man in his 40s, also from Gloucester, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released on bail.

Officers have urged witnesses to contact them.
