Three arrests after woman 'forcibly taken' from Evesham bar

Two men and a woman have been arrested after reports a woman was forcibly taken from a bar.

The victim was reported to have been manhandled in Bewdley Street, Evesham, Worcestershire, on 29 March.

Gloucestershire Police said a man entered the bar and grabbed the woman forcing her to go outside with him.

He was then reported to have physically forced her to go to Cowl Street where a vehicle drove them away. Officers said the woman had since been traced.

They confirmed she was in a safe location and her welfare had been checked.

Gloucestershire Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the bar between 23:00 and 00:00 GMT or who might have witnessed anything suspicious.

Anyone with information or mobile phone footage is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary through the website.
