Teenager charged over stabbing of four in Southampton

A 17 year-old boy has been charged in connection with the stabbing of four people in central Southampton.

They suffered arm, hand and abdominal injuries, described by police as serious, following an incident in Cranbury Avenue on 8 May.

The boy, who is from London, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and violent disorder.

He will appear before West Hampshire Remand Court on Wednesday. A 27-year-old man from London remains in custody.
