Bestival, the annual music festival, has been held at Robin Hill Country Park, near Newport on the Isle of Wight. This year's theme is Desert Island Disco.
The four-day festival has been held annually since 2004 when it attracted about 10,000 people. It now has a capacity of nearly 80,000.
The event is curated by Radio 1 DJ Rob da Bank and his wife, Josie. Revellers were encouraged to dress up for a fancy dress parade on Saturday.
The site opened on Thursday and early arrivals were treated to a line-up including Reverend and the Makers, The Correspondents and The Temples (pictured).
The festival is hoping to break the Guinness World Record for the largest disco ball at the Desert Island Disco arena.
Hip hop duo Outkast performed on Friday and were among a line-up of headliners which included Foals, Beck and Basement Jaxx.
This year's theme Desert Island Disco was embraced by many festival-goers.
