Hundreds of people attended the event on West Marlands Road in the city
A Pride event has been held for the first time in more than a decade in Southampton.
The one-day street party, outside the Stage Door on West Marlands Road, celebrated the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
It was organised by volunteers in the wake of the massacre of 49 people in Orlando in June.
It is hoped the festival, which also included a parade, will become an annual event.
