A 14-year-old boy has been rescued after falling 30ft (9m) down a cliff on the Dorset coast.
The RNLI rescued the teenager after he fell at Hengistbury Head, between Bournemouth and Mudeford, just before midday on Sunday.
He was taken to Mudeford Quay before being transferred to hospital with minor injuries, the RNLI said.
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency initially said he had fallen into the sea from Mudeford Quay.
A spokeswoman later apologised and clarified the boy had fallen down a cliff at Hengistbury Head and not into water.
