Eastleigh derailed train: Delays continue into second day

Rail commuters face a second day of delays and cancellations after a freight train derailed in Hampshire.
The train came off the track as it left Eastleigh - blocking the line between Southampton Central and Basingstoke - at about 11:40 GMT on Tuesday.
Many CrossCountry and South Western Railway (SWR) services face disruption until the end of Wednesday.
Stations between Winchester and Southampton Central are not being served by a train service.
British Transport Police said no-one was injured. Network Rail said the derailment was under investigation.
Trains are running up to an hour late and may be cancelled or diverted, it added.
CrossCountry routes are affected between Southampton Central and Manchester Piccadilly, Newcastle and York, and also between Bournemouth and Manchester Piccadilly and Birmingham New Street.
There is also disruption on SWR between Portsmouth Harbour, Poole, Southampton Central, Eastleigh, Fareham, Weymouth and London Waterloo, between Romsey and Salisbury - via Eastleigh - and also between Southampton Central and Winchester and Basingstoke.
Commuter Gary Riley-Jones posted pictures of a crowded Waterloo station during the evening rush hour on Tuesday.
He said he had made it on to "a very crowded train" to Alton but it had been delayed at the platform.

Network Rail has apologised and said services on the London Waterloo to Weymouth, Southampton and Winchester line would be "severely disrupted" on Wednesday.
A spokesman said engineers had been working overnight and will continue through the day to remove the freight train.
He added that "conferences" were being held during the day and updates would be issued in due course.
It was hoped normal services would resume through Eastleigh from Thursday.
CrossCountry customers can use SWR services between Basingstoke and Southampton Central.
SWR customers' tickets are being accepted on several Great Western Railway, CrossCountry and Southern routes.
Rail replacement buses are running between Winchester and Southampton Central, Eastleigh and Fareham, and Romsey and Southampton Central.
There have also been delays at Woking where a platform was "out of use", according to several rail users who have complained on Twitter.
SWR said a train crew member had been delayed due to the freight train derailment which meant a train was blocking the platform.
National Rail has urged passengers to check their journeys before travelling.
